Congratulations to longtime Team 91 coach Nicky Polanco on being named to the inaugural Pro Lacrosse Hall of Fame Class! He currently coaches with the 2029 Pride and 2031 Iron teams, but he’s had an enormous impact on so many of the amazing players that have come through Team 91.
Named the 2004 and 2025 Major League Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Year, he was a six-time All-Star selection and won four MLL championships. Known for his fierce, intimidating style, Polanco was a mean, physical defensemen who was beloved by his teammates.
