IMPORTANT: UPDATED UNIFORM EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to make sure all coaches understand our updated exchange process so we can communicate a consistent message to families.
1. Uniform Sizing & Replacement Costs
All uniforms were ordered based on the sizes submitted during the tryout uniform fitting. If a family did not complete the fitting form, we used the sizes provided during their main registration.
Due to the customization of our jerseys, we cannot simply swap or release additional jerseys as they need to be re-ordered.
BOYS Replacement jersey pricing:
- Youth reversible jersey: $50
- Sleeved jersey: $95 per jersey (youth players receive one; high school players receive two)
GIRLS Replacement Jersey pricing:
- All (youth + high school)- $50
2. No-Cost Internal Exchanges
We understand that sizing adjustments may be needed. To help accommodate families, we are implementing a new internal exchange process.
For example, if George received a small but needs a medium, and Brian received a medium but needs a small, we can coordinate an exchange internally at no additional cost.
All exchange requests will be submitted and tracked through a Google Form. These exchanges will take time and coordination and are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.
3. Immediate Size Changes
Families who would like an immediate size adjustment may purchase a replacement on-site, subject to our limited inventory of extras. Families can also purchase additional uniform items at this time if they’d like!
For example, if a player ordered a small but now needs a medium, the family may purchase the medium on-site if available.
Alternatively, they may submit a request through our Google Form and wait to see if a no-cost internal exchange can be coordinated.
4. Team 91 Fulfillment Errors
If an incorrect size was packed due to an error on our end, we will exchange the item at no charge using our limited on-site inventory, while supplies last.
5. Registration Requirement
NO REGISTRATION = NO UNIFORM RELEASE.
Players must have their main registration completed before receiving their uniform package. No exceptions.

We ask that all coaches help reinforce the updated exchange policy with their teams.
Our goal is to accommodate families as best we can while maintaining an organized and fair process. We ordered uniforms based on the sizes families selected, and with customized apparel, we have limited flexibility once orders are placed.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through distribution and any necessary adjustments.
