Team 91 invites our players to the Annual Uniform Handout, WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 15TH. We will host all families and players at the Dynamic Sports Facility, 71 MALL DRIVE, COMMACK, NY, 11725, players can come and pick up the gear packages from 12:00pm to 8pm.
If possible players should be present at the Uniform Handout so they can try on their new gear to make sure it fits for season. If gear does not fit we can make exchanges on site. Exchanges are first come first serve, if something needs exchanging that we do not have on site an order must be placed. Carpools can pick up multiple gear packages however players not on site cannot make exchanges. In order to pick up gear packages at the Uniform Handout players must be paid up today according to their payment plan.

What happens if you missed the Uniform Handout?
You are welcome to pick your gear package up at our office by appointment. We need a minimum of 24 hours notice to schedule an appointment to pick your gear package up. All gear packages will be present at lobby desk for a quick and seamless pick up.

What happens if an apparel item is too big or too small?
We will do our best to make exchanges for you. We ordered what you requested at the time of the fitting, though we order extra's for exchanges we cannot guarantee that we will have that specific size. We can place an order and mark you down as that gear piece not received.
What happens if I registered late?
We do order extras to plan accordingly. If you registered AFTER August 8th, your son will receive a full gear package however his Team 91 hoodie will not have his last name on the back. We will have a New Balance store open in October and will include this as an option to purchase.
