James Ringer came through in the clutch for Bayport-Blue Point.

The Team 91 2019 Orange midfielder and Rutgers commit’s third goal of the game with 10 minutes to play held up as the winner as the Phantoms nipped East Islip, 8-7.

Ringer added a pair of assists for BBP, which also got two goals and an assist from Jameson Smith (’22 Smash) and two assists from JJ Aiello (’23 Bandits)John Sidorski (’19 Orange/Lehigh) guided East Islip with a goal and two assists.

Mattituck-Southold 9, Sayville 6: Dane Reda (’20 Crush) put up two goals and an assist to lead Mattituck to a 9-6 win over Sayville, snapping a four-game skid. Nick Cannetti (’19 White/Florida Tech) cashed in with three points for Sayville by pairing a goal with two assists.

St. Anthony’s 13, St. Ignatius 10Brennan O’Neill (’20 Crush/Duke) netted four goals, Aidan Danenza (’20 Crush/Duke) added a goal and two assists and Andrew McAdorey (’20 Crush) dished out three helpers as the Friars edged their Californian visitors. LSM Greg Campisi (’19 Orange/Harvard) also tallied for St. Anthony’s.

Bethpage 7, Mineola 5: Defenseman Alex Keener (’19 White/Saint Joseph’s) scored once, and Brandon Bestany (’19 White/McDaniel) added an assist in the win.

Mount Sinai 13, Islip 4: Joey Spallina (’20 Crush/’22 Smash) hit the 40-goal and 80-point plateaus with a three-goal, five-assist day, Kevin Sweeney (’20 Crush) claimed 17 of 20 faceoffs and Brandon Ventarola (’21 Blaze) scored a hat trick to go with an assist as the Mustangs cruised. Tyler Gatz (’21 Blaze) netted two goals and added an assist.

West Babylon 9, Bellport 5: James MacGilvray (’19 White/Western Connecticut State) scored a goal and Shawn Wolf (’19 White/Saint Joseph’s) added a helper for Bellport.

St. John The Baptist 16, Holy Trinity 4: Connor Buschle (’19 White) had two goals and two assists and Kyle O’Donoghue (’21 Blaze) chipped in a pair of goals in the win.

Cold Spring Harbor 13, Friends Academy 1LSM Caden Hawkinson (’20 Crush/Michigan) tossed out an assist as CSH cruised.

Springfield 10, Lindenhurst 5: Ron Durante (’20 Orange) was strong in the cage for Lindy, coming away with 15 saves, and Matt Josefson (’20 Orange) tossed in a pair of goals against one of Pennsylvania’s best public school teams.
