Duke is headed back to the Final Four, and Team 91 alums had a huge hand in getting the Blue Devils there.

2020 Crush and St. Anthony’s alumnus Brennan O’Neill netted four goals and set up another and ’19 Orange LSM Tyler Carpenter (Salisbury, Conn.) collected five ground balls and caused two turnovers as Duke upended Loyola, 10-9, in overtime.

The Blue Devils, who will face Maryland in the semifinals, also got two caused turnovers and two ground balls from ’19 Orange defenseman Kenny Brower (Massapequa)’20 Crush Aidan Danenza (St. Anthony’s) fired home a goal to go with a ground ball, ’19 Orange Jake Caputo (Middle Creek, N.C.) had a caused turnover and a ground ball and ’18 Extreme Owen Caputo (Middle Creek, N.C.) collected a ground ball.

Virginia 14, Georgetown 3

’17 Ian Laviano (Cold Spring Harbor) guided the ‘Hoos into the Final Four with a pair of goals and a caused turnover. Virginia takes on No. 1 North Carolina in the national semifinals.

North Carolina 12, Rutgers 11

’18 Extreme LSM Ethan Rall (Islip) collected a pair of ground balls for the Scarlet Knights, who pushed the top-seeded Heels to overtime.

Lenoir-Rhyne 18, Wingate 10

’19 White Marc Cottage (Smithtown West) caused a turnover for Wingate, which fell in the national semifinals.
