The Team 2021 Ambush goalie and a commit to newly-minuted NJCAA champion Nassau, was dominant in the cage for the Tigers. He stopped 11 shots to lead Northport to a 9-5 win over Smithtown East.
Ambush teammate Ryan McCarthy (Siena) popped a pair of goals to lead the Tigers’ offense. ’22 Smash defenseman Dan Eagers (Delaware) and ’21 Ambush Casey Fortunato (Geneseo) each chipped in an assist.
’21 Blaze Chris Cappelmann (Cornell) and ’22 Smash Marcus Wertheim (Brown) each had a goal and an assist for Smithtown East.

’21 Blaze Danny Caddigan (Cornell) picked up his sixth hat trick of the year to lead the Bulls to a narrow win.
’21 Blaze Chris Simonton (Providence) and ’23 Bandits Nik Barbero each scored for the Patriots.

’23 Bandits Tyler McCarthy was at the forefront of the Connetquot rout with a goal and three assists, and ’23 Warriors Tyler Moore was right there with him with two goals and a helper in the win.
