MONDAY WORKOUT:
“DECK OF CARDS”
Make adjustments based on age
Hearts- Pushups
Spades- Squats
Clubs- Sit-ups
Diamonds- Burpees
DECK OF CARDS RULES
1) Shuffle the cards
2) Flip one card at a time
3) Complete the exercise listed above as it pertains to the flipped cards
4) Example: 6 of hearts- complete 6 push-ups/ 5 of clubs- complete 5 sit-ups
5) Ace, King, Queen, and jack are 10 reps
Monday SNYPR Challenge:
Complete 500 STRONG HAND & WEAK HAND REPS
With a Fake- Catch- Fake- Throw- REPEAT
TEXT A TEAMMATE: Reach out to a teammate that you may not have talked to much since your last team gathering.

12 minute EMOM
Start a timer and at the top of every minute complete the exercises.

10 Air Squats
COMPLETE FIVE ROUNDS FOR TIME
Tuesday SNYPR Challenge:
Work at a high tempo. Set a timer. work for 20 seconds and rest for 10. COMPLETE 15 minutes.
- STRONG HAND AND WEAK HAND QUICK STICKS- position your body with your opposite foot forward.
FACETIME A TEAMMATE AND COMPLETE THE SNYPR CHALLENGE TOGETHER.

Complete Six Rounds for Time: PUSH YOURSELF
Each Round:
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 Bird Dogs- Begin on all fours in the tabletop position. Raise your right arm and left leg, extending both. Alternate.. Raise your left arm and right leg, extending both.
15 Jumping Jacks
10 seconds running in place (focus on driving your knees up)
Wednesday SNYPR Challenge:
Complete a 1000 reps alternating hands (Only stop at 1000 if you wish)
