Joe LiCalzi was EVERYWHERE for Georgetown in the Big East tournament championship game.
The Team 91 2017 alumnus by way of South Side tore it up for the Hoyas, tying a career-best with three caused turnovers to go with four ground balls to lead Georgetown to a 10-9 win over Denver for the Hoyas’ third-straight championship.
That huge effort after he collected a ground ball for Georgetown in the semis in a 14-12 decision over Villanova. ’16 Lucas Cotler (Syosset) scored once and added an assist for the Pios after picking up a trio of ground balls in the semis in a 14-5 rout of Providence.

’19 Orange John Sidorski (East Islip) tore Colgate up in the semifinals, burning the Raiders for three goals, three assists and a ground ball, while ’19 Orange Christian Mulé (Half Hollow Hills West) tacked on a hat trick and a ground ball for Lehigh.

’16 Ryan Tierney (Massapequa) capped his brilliant Hofstra career with two goals and two assists in the championship game, a game after picking up four ground balls for the Pride. He capped his Pride career as the CAA’s all-time leading goal scorer!
’16 Bobby Casey (Wantagh) made a combined 20 saves in the two games, including 11 in the semifinal win. ’16 Justin Lynskey (Massapequa) chipped in two goals and a helper, ’16 Logan Danenza (St. Anthony’s) added two ground balls and ’19 Orange Sam Lutfi (Massapequa) bagged two goals in the title game.

’18 Ryan Doran (Half Hollow Hills East) and ’17 Matt Tufano (Glenn) each had three goals and three assists in the Hawks’ offensive explosion in the semifinals. Doran scored a hat trick and had three ground balls in the final, while Tufano paired a goal with an assist. ’19 Orange Blake Behlen (Commack) capped his season with a goal and an assist for the Sharks.

’17 Sean Baudo (St. Anthony’s) led the Cardinals to a Landmark Conference championship with a combined five goals and three assists in the two games. Baudo’s three-goal, two-assist day in the title game was particularly impressive.

’18 Extreme Matt Sageder (Mount Sinai) made a save in split duty to help the Cavaliers reach the CSAC final, a game in which they rolled to their 20th straight conference title.

’19 White Connor Buschle (St. John The Baptist) netted a pair of goals to help Maritime take home the title, a game after scoring once and adding a ground ball to help Maritime fend off St. Joseph’s upset bid in the semifinals.
’18 Extreme Jake Wandle (Rocky Point) buried two goals for Farmingdale in the title game after setting up two goals and grabbing four ground balls in the semis.
