Brock Behrman is officially a Problem with a capital P for Notre Dame.
The Team 91 2022 Smash and Salisbury (Conn.) alum popped off for three goals and three assists Saturday to help the Irish to a 11-8 win over Maryland in a showdown of two of the country’s best teams.
It was Behrman’s second hat trick in Notre Dame’s first four games. He’s already hit career bests in goals, assists and points, and he’s a major reason why the Irish are unbeaten and the freshly-minted No. 1 team in the country.
’25 Shock Matty Higgins (Boys’ Latin, Calif.) had an assist and a takeaway for the Terps.

’23 Bandits Jack Speidell (St. Anthony’s) torched Marquette for a career-best seven goals and career-best nine points to lead the undefeated Crimson.
Speidell’s Bandits and St. Anthony’s running mate, Jackson Greene, also factored in for Harvard with his first goal of the season.

’22 Smash Michael Leo (St. Anthony’s) torched his 1v1 matchup and snapped home the overtime winner against Penn as part of a two-goal, two-assist game to help ‘Cuse salvage a split of the ACC / Ivy Challenge. ’22 Smash Joey Spallina (Mount Sinai) added a goal, three assists, two ground balls and a takeaway against the Quakers. ’24 Wolfpack LSM Vincent Bolognino (Harborfields) had two takeaways and two ground balls.
Leo put forth a goal and three assists and Bolognino added two ground balls against the Tigers. Spallina caused a turnover and collected a ground ball against Princeton. ’23 Bandits SSDM Jake Spallina (Mount Sinai) swiped away a turnover and grabbed a ground ball.
’23 Bandits Owen Duffy (St. Anthony’s) led the Tar Heels with two goals, three assists and two ground balls in the win over the Quakers. ’25 Shock LSM Parker McDonald (St. Anthony’s) dominated in the middle of the field with three ground balls and a takeaway. ’25 Shock Anthony Raio (Half Hollow Hills West) chipped in an assist against Penn. Duffy added a goal, three helpers and a ground ball against Princeton. Raio (three ground balls) and Merrill (one ground ball) both scored for the Tar Heels, while McDonald hacked away a pair of turnovers and corralled two ground balls.
’24 Wolfpack defenseman Dante Vardaro (St. Anthony’s) had a pair of caused turnovers in both games for the Quakers. He added four ground balls against Carolina and two more against Syracuse. ’23 Bandits Leo Hoffman (Brunswick, Conn.) set up a goal against the Tar Heels.

’24 Wolfpack defenseman Mikey Luce (Bayport-Blue Point) led the Terrier defense with three ground balls and ’24 Wolfpack Ben Morris (Bayport-Blue Point) dished out an assist as BU cruised in its Patriot League opener.
’22 Smash Jack Flaherty (Chaminade) paced the Mids with two goals, two ground balls and an assist. ’23 Bandits Jack Ponzio (St. Anthony’s) snapped home a pair of goals for Navy. The Mids also got a ground ball and a takeaway from ’24 Wolfpack Pat Flaherty (Chaminade / Salisbury, Conn.).

’22 Smash Marcus Wertheim (Smithtown East) ripped home a hat trick to go with an assist to help the Bears rout Bryant. Brown also got a faceoff win and a ground ball from ’24 Wolfpack faceoff midfielder Michael Moon (St. Anthony’s). Wertheim scored once and added a ground ball against the Minutemen.
’25 Shock Matt Pettis (Massapequa) buried his first career goal for the Great Danes. ’22 Smash faceoff midfielder Austin Oppenheim (Mount Sinai) won 15 of 25 faceoffs to go with a takeaway for Albany. The Great Danes also got seven saves and a caused turnover from ’24 Wolfpack goalie Brady Smith (Bayport-Blue Point).
