Philosphy:

My coaching philosophy incorporates constant motivation and encouragement to foster development in both personal and athletic skills in a competitive setting.  My participation in sports has always taught me the benefits of hard work and the importance of setting goals.  As a coach,  I  look to create an atmosphere that is more than wins and losses but life experiences to help develop future success on and off the field.

My coaching experience with 91 has been successful because of the dedicated athletes and their families who all share a passion for the game. 

 

Coaching for 91 provides a dynamic environment in which I learn something new every time I step on the field. The support of the great coaches and the energy of the athletes makes every day a new and exciting experience.

 

My greatest coaching influence was Coach George Powers at Nassau CC.  My experience with him taught me to always demand excellence from myself and from my teammates. He also taught me that nothing can be achieved without hard work. I aspire to be as great of an influence on young athletes, as he was for me.
